Please have your computer protected from a virus.  It not only attacks your computer it uses your address book and sends it to those in your list too.  The cost of an anti-virus program is less than the cost of a new computer or even the cost of repairing your old one.

We suggest using PC-Cillin Trend Micro.  We use this program and highly recommend it.  Click this link http://housecall.antivirus.com  this will scan your computer free to see if you already have a virus (just follow 2 steps, you will click scan now then click the box to choose your location and then click C: which should highlight every box to scan your computer).  You might be asked to add active x to your computer in order to scan and that is ok just follow the next steps.

After you scan, go back to www.trendmicro.com and click the personal link it will take you to Trend Micros Anti-Virus programs and you can select Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security the personal program and download it right from there or order it by mail.  You have a 30 day free trial with this program.  It comes with a spyware checker as well.

You can also type antivirus in your browser and search for programs.

We do not recommend Norton.  They seem to have a lot of problems with settings changing and email not working properly sometimes.
