The email says it came from PayPal.
As you can see from the info that's in every
email but normally hidden, it didn't (look for the text in red):
The REST of the links in the email are legitimate. The
bad link is one that will harvest your credit card, pin number, social
secutiry number, email address and anything else that you will give them.
Below, is a PICTURE of the original email. We did this
as a screen shot to make sure that no one actually clicks on any of the
links in it.
